The little Yukon's Best Railroad Museum is housed a boxcar and a caboose located across the road from the Yukon's Best Flour Mill. The old #5542 Rock Island (CRI&P) box car carries both Union Pacific and Rock Island logos. Rock Island and Route 66 antiques can be seen inside. Next door is Union Pacific #25865 caboose. The train cars are located just north of Route 66 (Main St.) at N. 3rd St. across from Yukon's Best Flour. Hours are "By appointment", so call ahead if you want to get inside. Phone 405-354-5079.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
