The former Dobry's Flour Mill & Elevator was sold to Mid-Continent
in 1972. In the late 1930s their letterhead promoted their flour as "Tomorrow's
Flour ... Today!" as Dobry had been partners with John Kroutil in the
Yukon Mill and Grain Co. In 1933 he sold his interest in that business
and started his own company and built the Dobry Flour Mill and Grain Elevator
across the street. It is located across the street from the Yukon's Best
Flour mill.
