Pearl & Doug Barnett built, and operated the early 1950's Ranch House Cafe for many years using the slogan "Good Food Always - Always Good Food". The sign for "Things", laying on the ground, is left over from Things Antiques & Collectibles that was located at 920 W. Route 66.

The sign had seen better days and the neon no longer glowed in the night when we went by in 2012.
