These little complex started out as Mack's Cabins in 1939 later becoming
Greer's Court then Mack's Court and finally the Cozy Apartments in the
late 1960s. The property is diagonally NE across the intersection from
the Melinda Court.
The layout of this set of cabins is a bit different than the usual tourist
court. While there is what might be called a courtyard only four of
the nine cabins face it, four face Forest Ave. and one faces College
Street.
