In 2016 a State Farm office was occupying the old Brown Derby Liquor location on the Chestnut Expressway. John A Morris operated his Brown Derby liquor stores in this 1930s gas station until 1995. His son, John L. Morris started marketing fishing lures out of the back of this store. He is now the owner of Bass Pro Shop.
