The former Bill-Mar-Den Motel and Restaurant opened in the early 1960s with 44 rooms. They have a number rooms featuring themes like Norway, John Wayne, Harley Davidson, and the US Marines. It has a great Googie style sign, at least for nostalgia sign buffs and Route 66 travelers. When this photo was snapped the sign noted that the motel was "Norwegian Owned".

A brightly colored stagecoach mural adorns one end of the building. Seligman uses two different addressing systems, for this motel the alternate address is 639 Chino St., Seligman, AZ 86337
