I don't know anything about this old building except that it appears to be an old garage of some sort. It is next to John Osterman's original gas station and he reportedly did towing so maybe he used this for service or repair work, but I'm not sure it's old enough for that. It is listed as a Bureau of Indian Affairs maintenance shop in the 2012 Route 66 in AZ Survey, but it appears abandoned in this 2013 photo.
