Clay's Body Shop, also known as Clay Motor Company, was established in
1947 and closed in 2013 according to an article in the local paper. At
different times it was a Studebaker dealer. In 1957 as the Clay-Tucker
Motor Company it became an Edsel dealership. The Edsel dealership didn't
last long because the car was only built from 1957 to 1960. When this
photo was taken in 2012 the sign said Clay's Body Shop.
Notice the old car and trucks behind the fence. Cool! Any one of these
could have driven Route 66 in their day. The car on the far left in
this photo is a late 50's or early 60's Studebaker Hawk.
