In 2013 this was the Conway Inn & Rose's Cafe. The motel is one of two at this I-40 Exit. I'm not sure that either the motel or cafe is still in business in 2021.

Over the years there were at least 3 cafes in little Conway, 4 if you count the Love's Truck Stop on the north side of I-40. There was a cafe, long gone, at the Walker Phillips 66 on old 66 and another at the Executive Inn on the south frontage road.

This appears to be, or have been, a fairly large motel considering the location about 18 miles east of Amarillo with few other businesses nearby.
