This bronze sculpture "Generation to Generation", by Mischell Riley, was commissioned by the First National Bank in 2000 for their Centennial Celebration. Originally it was located at the bank, Main Street & Central Ave.

xThe sculpture was moved and the second bench and clock were added in 2007 when the current location was dedicated. It is just across the street from the City Library and the Library Boy.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
