Kobel's GarageRoute 66 at Hwy. 44, Foss, OKPhone:
It's little easier to spot the building coming from the west. Beside gas and auto repairs there was a cafe here that also served a Greyhound Bus stop. This is the front of the building and it faces the 1931- 1956 alignment of Route 66, the first paved in this area. This would have been the cafe, but there isn't much more than the walls still standing here, but I can't help wondering about all the travelers that stopped here for food, gas or mechanical problems with their early cars.
