Robert's Grill was built in 1926 at 300 S. Bickford. It's a small place with a counter that only seats 14, no tables. Fried onion burgers are apparently a hit in El Reno because they have their own festival, the "El Reno Fried Onion Burger Day".

Did You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
