The large mural illustrates the history of this building from 1903 to the present. It also includes a lage postcard thanking the hospice staff for their care and kindness. The mural faces Route 66 at the intersection of Wade & Bickford, so it's easy to spot.

x The mural is located on the side of Russell-Murray Hospice Building and was painted in 2006 by Chris Small.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
