The March 19, 1920 edition of the Depew Independant describes this as being the site of the future Depew National Bank. This is what the "future" bank turned out to be, and apparently these guys were not messing around because the June 11th edition says the roof was already on the new bank! By July 2nd they were announcing that the new bank would open on July 15th.

Time has taken its toll on the apparently long abandoned little bank building and by 2012 when we snapped this photo the roof was missing.
