In 2012 the sign painted on this building indicated it had been home to Garwooly's Food-N-Fun Restaurant. The style of the building pretty much screams "early corner gas station and garage", so I'm guessing that's what it started out as. The building is at the south end of the 1925 brick paved section of Broadway.

Here's a look at the sign on the side of the building in 2012.

By 2016 the name had been replaced by a mural created by Dr Palmer. In 2018 the property was listed for sale as a residence and/or office building.
