This business was also known as Moberly's Conoco Grocery and Market and
was built in 1925. The complex consisted of the main store which also
sold gas with a shed addition to the west. The garage facility on the
east end was probably added sometime after Route 66 came through in 1926.
The garage is connected to the store by a third unit that contains a residence.
