The late 1970s Green Country Cafe is next to the Route
66 Motel and across the road from the Buffalo
Ranch. It replaced the nearby Green Acres Cafe that burned down in
February 1976. In the 1970s both cafes were owned by Cy and Mary Sunby.
It's very close to the junction of Hwys. 66, 69 & 59 and a short distance
east of where the Sidewalk Highway intersects with 66/69.
