Mural, Forever in Our Heart, San Jon, NM. This mural was painted in memory of a 19 year old young man who must of loved football and cars. It was painted on the old "Pour House" tavern building. Note the curved glass block window on the corner. The building is located on Main and 5th St.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
