Look for the giant steer in the sky atop Mac's La Sierra Coffee Shop sign, pretty hard to miss actually. The restaurant has been here since 1952. There used to be a small motel here too when it was La Sierra Motel & Coffee Shop.

The neat sign and advertises the original "Steak in the Rough". I don't know what "Steak in the Rough" means, but I suspect this guy is thinking they're not turning him into someone's dinner!
