Guy Mace opened the Route 66 Car Museum in June 2016 with his private collection of 67 classic cars. He opened it up on the eve of the 90th anniversary of the "birth" of Route 66. The building has been repainted since we snapped this photo in 2016. The museum is right next to the College Street Cafe on College Street.

This 1954 Jaguar XK120 sports car was just one of the many classic cars on display when we visited the museum in 2016.
