This appears to have been a small motel at one time. It stands just east of Skippy's on Old 66. There were 2 - 5 unit buildings in 2016' but one disappeared by 2024. I'm guessing that the building on the right in this photo was the office and maybe a filling station too.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
