This Cottage Style Station and garage are located on the 1950s alignment of Route 66. I haven't been able to find any real info on this station and garage yet. It is located on Main St. N. at W. Fountain Rd

x The garage and station were a bit distressed when we saw them in 2013. It would be nice to see them restored. They are diagonally across the intersection from the former Westport Lodge

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
