The Dazy Court dates back to 1941 and could have been named for Daisy Neese. Her husband, Tilden Neese was the proprietor in 1947. They lived in the adjacent house. The property is now known as the Dazy Apartments and Sleeping Rooms.

The Dazy Court Apartments are located 1/2 block north of Central Ave. on Garrison Ave.

The courts consisted of two buildings with several units in each building.

The old sign is still hanging out front but most of the neon tubing appears to be missing.
