Officer Walsh Memorial Statue (Gone)

In 2004 Joliet Police Officer Jonathan Edward Walsh was killed in a hit-and-run accident and this statue is in honor of him. The community members donated funds and space for this statue.

It was located diagonally across the intersection from the Original Dairy Queen. It's gone now, I don't know where it went, but it was apparently damage in about 2022 and removed after that.
