Station 343 (Miller Brothers Store)

This building was built in 1881 and housed Miller Brothers & Sons) Men's Clothing & Haberdashery from 1892-1934. It was a Five & Dime store from 1935 to 1995 with three different owners. It 1954 it was owned by Kaiser's Five and Dime store.

In 2011, a restaurant named Station 343 started restoring the building and opened the next year. It is called Station 343 as it pays homage to the 343 brave New York City firefighters and paramedics who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
