This is another one of several old style motels along historic Route 66 in Barstow. Originally the motel had 15 units and a three bedroom managers apartment. At least 6 units were added later. They still a 60s style sign in 2009, but it is not nearly as cool as the original. The place is apparently more of a weekly or monthly property now.

Notes: No mention of room phones, TVs or Radios on the early 1950s postcard. The motel was listed as having 21 units the 1954-55 AAA Western Accommodations Directory, but it wasn't listed in the 1959/60 Tour book.
