This small former gas station and auto court is on the west end of town. It looks like it may have had four gas pumps at one point. The four cabins were separated by three parking stalls. The west wall of the cabins continues across each opening for the parking spots making it look this is one long building. The parking spots don't appear to have roofs, but they may have at one time. I haven't found a name for this place yet.

xThere's a small structure, on the right in this photo, in front of the fourth cabin that appears to be attached. The fairly modern lamp posts for the pump island are still in place, which makes me think the gas station outlived the auto court cabins by a fair few years.

x About Us We started traveling Historic U.S. Route 66 as a destination in 2009. It's like a 2,400 mile long drive back in time from Chicago to Santa Monica! more
xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
