The former Hiway House Motel is located on Hopi Drive just across the street from the Brad's Desert View Inn Motel. The motel was built in 1956. Later it became the Royal Motel before becoming the Roseway Inn. It's not quite 13,000 square feet of building on about 61,000 square feet of land. There also was a coffee shop here.

The sign in the 2012 photo above says: "BIG ROOMS - HBO - CABLE,
