The 29 room Budget Host Saga Motel opened in 1961 as the Saga Motel. It's gone through a few owners and was the Saga Budget Host Inn when these photos were taken in 2012.

The very nice "Saga" sign was still in place.

Note: This appears to a postcard from soon after the motel opened judging by the 1959 Buick and 1960 Ford in the parking lot. It does just say "room phones" so I suspect they had not installed direct dial phones which often allowed free local calls.
