SW Bell Telephone Building

105 W Central Ave, Miami, OK

The brick Art Deco style former Southwestern Bell Telephone Building was built in 1948 with a matching one-story wing on the west side. In later years AT& T occupied the building. It is part of the Miami Downtown Historic District.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
