The Corner Station

I couldn't find out much about this building but in 2006 it was called the Corner Station located at Manvel & 11th Street. When we were there it was Cathy's Dog Salon. Whatever it was, I like the style a lot. The style of the building reminds you of the Seaba Station eight miles down the road in Warwick.

Did You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
