This old Whiting Bros. station and motel is located on Route 66 just west of the Continental Divide at I-40 exit 47. It looks like Interlock Installers are now using the old service station as for their business. The motel looks like it had eight units, four on each side of the office.

The sign was pretty weathered by the time we snapped this photo in 2012, but the logo was still pretty bright on the west side.

Old gas pumps were still in place at the former Whiting Brothers Gas station building, but no gas sales available.
