Gay Parita Sinclair Station
Hwy. 266, Paris Springs Junction, MO
Phone:
The original Gay Parita Sinclair and garage were owned by Gay & Fred
Mason, the station burned down in 1955. Gary Turner bought the property
in 2006 and built the current station building in a period correct style.
For years Route 66 travelers were welcome guests and Gary loved to share
stories about the Mother Road at length. Sadly Turner passed on in 2015
which means if you didn't get a chance to meet him you missed meeting
a great ambassador for Route 66.
One of the first buildings at Paris Springs Junction was the cobblestone-faced
garage built in 1926. The original Sinclair station that burned down
in 1955 was added in 1930.
The station is on MO 266 about 26 miles west of Springfield
