This 1940 building was originally Harry's Super Station selling Phillips
66 gasoline. The storefront has been rearranged and filled in with cement
blocks. There was a service bay on the west end (left in this photo).
The garage door on the right here seems to be part of a remodeling that
filled in a store-front door and window. In 2013 there was still an old
painted over sign above the window in the front. In this photo there are
only two pump islands with a smaller island in between, the small island
was probably for a bulk oil dispenser. Originally there were three pump
island and six gas pumps.

You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane
road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned
lanes are still there.
