This is another of the mid-century motels along this stretch of the Chain of Rocks Road. The former Land of Lincoln Motel lost its old sign in the early 2000s when it became the Budget Motel. It is located just west of Roberta Ave. on Chain of Rocks Rd.

Did You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
