Stanley Lenoch ran the long gone Sunnyside Motel on this corner and in 1974 he purchased the adjacent land and built the William Tell Restaurant and Holiday Inn. Located just past S. LaGrange Rd. The property is still owned by Lenoch family members.

x This site was once a chicken ranch and operated by the family of the famous Marx Brothers.
