It's always a good time to promote the Mother Road, and Chenoa is doing its part get ready the Route 66 Centenial in 2026 This set of wayside exhibits are located on the SW corner of Hwy 24 and Route 66 as you leave Chenoa heading south.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
