Elmer Long built the Bottle Tree Ranch in 2002 in honor of his father who was a former treasure hunter. On the top of one of his trees is his Lionel train he received when he was 3. Elmer moved to the desert in 1968 and worked at the nearby cement plant, married and raise three sons here. The Bottle Tree Ranch is a little over 2 plus acres.
