Do Drop Inn & Cafe

The little Do Drop Inn Motel and Cafe are closed but were still standing in the spring of 2013. They are located at the first stoplight west of Barstow, at the intersection of Route 66 (National Trails Hwy.) and Lenwood Rd.

I'm not sure if the cafe and motel were one business or two.

Did You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
