The former Brant's Motel built about 1952. Like a lot of motels the number of guest rooms changed over the years, in this case 14 - as many as 18. There's swimming pool behind the managers residence / office building.

The motel was sold in the mid-1960s and was listed for sale in 2011 and 2017. Given the years I'd guess it was sold a number of other times. Based on photo's I've seen, it was apparently still using the Brant's name in the early 2010's.
