You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane
road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned
lanes are still there.
You never know where you'll find murals along the way and it's most
often a surprise, this one was on a still standing wall of a long gone
building. We only found this one because we were going around the block
to get another look at another building.
