This small 15 unit vintage motel is located on Route 66 between Horizon Blvd. and Juniper in Milan. A website for this motel says it's been serving travelers since 1948, Just from a quick drive by I wouldn't have guessed it was that old.

One kind of interesting thing about the motel are the 10 lite french style entry doors on the guest rooms. I'm guessing that this is not the original sign. It appears to be from a much later date than the building.
