This is the site of Straatman's Villa Courts cabins, gas station, store and campground. The center section of this building was the original 1928 gas station and office, at some point there were additions on both sides. . Campers and cabin occupants bought supplies here. The gas pumps are long gone.

There are two cabins hiding in the brush to the side and rear of the store, a 2-unit and 4-unit buildings forming an open courtyard for parking.
