Signage for Route 66 is pretty good in Illinois, but Berwyn has gone a step farther and installed the signs on the lamp posts along Ogden Ave. The city of Berwyn and Berwyn Development Corp. are very active in promoting Route 66. They have helped sponsor a car show each year since 1990. In Berwyn Route 66 is Ogden Ave. from Lombard to Harlem Avenues. Unfortunately a nace little Route 66 Museum on Ogden Ave. that opened in 2013 closed in 2017.
