This little motel is a bit of a different operation than most, you check-in at the Chevron Gas Station across the street. The next closest motel is about 50 miles away in Barstow.

It's a little hard to date some places but in this case a 1970 ad for a retired couple to manage a small new motel in Ludlow seems to help do that. It's a one story building with ten guest rooms.

A Charlers Lepper owned the Ludlow Enterprise Motel and Service Station before he retired. He later passed away in 1976. Since this is the only motel in Ludlow I imagine this is the one he owned.
