In 2024 the Guest Inn occupied the 1963 Chateau Inn. Dick McCall and Melvin Hatley owners and builders of the new Chateau Inn and Restaurant held an open house at the motel on April 7tso they could stop by and see what the new 37 room motel and the adjacent restaurant had to offer.
